1. Scope

These terms govern your use of Malbuch. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents may add child profiles under their own account; the child does not have a Malbuch account of their own.

3. Content ownership

You own the images you generate, subject to the OpenAI content policy. You grant us a limited license to store and deliver them to you.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content; do not circumvent moderation or rate limits; do not resell generations under a different brand without a written agreement.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

6. Liability

We provide the service “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages to the extent allowed by law. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you by email for material changes.

8. Jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the operator’s seat.
