Is Malbuch really safe for kids?
Yes. Every wish passes through multi-layer moderation that only allows friendly, age-appropriate motifs. Parents set a PIN that controls who can change profiles and settings.
What ages is Malbuch for?
Kids from 3 to 12. The app automatically adapts language, UI and safety rules to the age on the child's profile — from simple motifs for preschoolers to detailed drawings for tweens.
Do I need a printer?
Not necessarily. You can save every page as PDF and print it later or color digitally. For home printing, one click opens your standard print dialog.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes — cancel monthly right in the Stripe customer portal. No minimum term, no hidden fees.
What happens to my child's data?
We store only what's needed: the wish, the generated image and the age. None of it is used for AI training or shared with third parties. Profiles and images can be deleted any time.
How good are the images, really?
Every wish creates four different variants so your child gets to pick. Not every single one is perfect — but out of four, there's almost always a favorite.
Do I need an app? Does it work on iPad?
No app needed. Malbuch runs directly in the browser on iPhone, Android, iPad, school tablets and any laptop. Just open the page and start.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA direct debit — handled securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Can I use one account for multiple kids?
Yes. Free includes 1 child profile, Pro includes up to 5. Each child gets their own library while the shared parent account handles billing and moderation.
What happens if a wish is blocked?
Moderation shows the child a set of similar friendly motifs from our curated list instead, so the flow isn't broken. You see the incident in the parent area.
How long are generated images stored?
Images you don't actively save are auto-deleted after 90 days. Saved images stay as long as your account is active — you can export or delete them any time.
